Lew works with uncommon strength to see a vision become reality. As the old saying goes, “…hard times make strong men, and strong men make good times…”. Lew is an excellent example of boot-strapping from his youth. He is a highly successful entrepreneur in multiple industries and is a solid example among our leadership team in his ability to organize workers, inspire them to perform at a high level, and get a complex project across the finish line on time. Being a builder is not for the faint-hearted and Lew has the courage and experience to model for RCI students the needed grit for future business owners to believe in themselves. Lew is a native of Virginia and calls Rockbridge county his home. Lew and his wife Kendra have two children.
