Key Dates for a Successful Application
We want to make sure you have everything you need to succeed, including a clear timeline for your application and enrollment. Below are the key dates that will guide you through the process of applying to RCI and preparing for your future as a Master Builder. Make sure to mark your calendar and stay informed about important deadlines.
Classes run from June to June the following year, with a Winter Break from December to February, and additional days off for national holidays. Applications are open in October and Acceptance Letters are distributed starting in March.

When to Get Started
Applications for the 2025 school year open in October—this is when you can start submitting your interest form, portfolio, and other required materials. Be sure to apply early to secure your spot!
Final Deadline to Apply
The deadline for submitting your application for the upcoming school year is in May. Don’t miss out—be sure your application is completed and submitted before this date!
Meet with Our Admissions
Once we’ve reviewed your application, you’ll be invited for a personal interview with an admissions representative to ask further questions and receive more information.
Enrollment Confirmation
If you’ve been accepted, Acceptance Letters to confirm your enrollment will go out starting in March. This is your opportunity to finalize your housing and tuition arrangements, ensuring everything is in place before classes begin.
