Whether you’re pursuing the Master Builder Program or one of our Common Arts Courses, we offer flexible payment options and financial aid opportunities to ensure that you can focus on your education—without financial stress holding you back.
Your Investment in a Transformative Education
The total cost of the Master Builder Program is designed to reflect the high-quality, hands-on education you’ll receive. The program spans three years, with tuition fees billed at the start of each year.
By the end of the first year, you’ll be have an LLC with the ability to start making money in your free time during your studies, an investment that can pay for itself.
For the 2025 academic year, the cost is set at $59,900 per student, per year. This cost is all inclusive, including tools, equipment, uniforms, leather aprons, student trips, stay in our student housing, optional communal meals during the weekdays, and any required materials for student projects. Students who do not plan to stay on campus are eligible for a tuition adjustment.
Financial Aid Options
We understand that financing your education can be a challenge, and we’re committed to making RCI as accessible as possible. That’s why we offer a variety of financial aid options to support dedicated students who show a passionate fire for craftsmanship.
- Payment Plans: Flexible pay-over-time options are available for tuition and housing fees. These plans allow you to spread payments throughout the semester, making it easier to manage your financial commitment.
- Scholarships: RCI is proud to offer scholarships to students who demonstrate exceptional potential in the trades. Scholarships can significantly reduce the cost of tuition and are awarded on a rolling basis.
- Corporate Sponsorships & Matching Gifts: We encourage corporate sponsorships and matching gift programs. Many businesses support workforce development by matching employee donations to educational institutions. We can help facilitate the matching process.
- Third-Party Funding: RCI works with select organizations that provide funding to students pursuing careers in the trades. We encourage prospective students to research funding opportunities from local and national trade organizations.

Apply for Admission
Submit your application for the Master Builder Program and include a request for Financial Aid.

Financial Aid Application
Once accepted, you’ll be provided a financial aid application to be considered for scholarships and payment plans.

Review & Decision
Our financial aid team will review your application and determine your eligibility for support. You’ll receive a notification of your financial aid package and next steps.

Finalize Payment
Once your financial aid is confirmed, you can choose a payment plan and finalize your tuition and housing payments.
